What you are booking

Focus Session: one 60-minute consultation, intake and one-link review, and a concise written action plan. Strategy Workshop: one 90-minute session, review of up to three links, a 30-day roadmap, and one written follow-up round within seven days. Advisory Series: three 60-minute sessions over six weeks, a shared plan, and one written follow-up round per session. Written plans are delivered within two business days after each session. Each package includes one advisor, confirmed before payment.

Requests, scheduling, and payment

Submitting a request does not reserve a time or charge you. We confirm the fit, advisor, and proposed time before you pay. Payment accepts that proposed time. Sessions are confirmed when full payment is verified. All prices are in USD and charged once; there are no automatic renewals. Use the email from your intake at checkout so we can match your payment. The Advisory Series covers three sessions, with remaining dates agreed together. No work begins on a paid basis before scope and timing are agreed.

Rescheduling and refunds

You may reschedule or cancel for a full refund with at least 24 hours’ notice before the first session. After the Advisory Series begins, unused sessions can be cancelled for a proportional refund of the agreed package fee with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed sessions are reviewed individually; contact us about emergencies. If we cancel and cannot agree on a replacement time, we refund the undelivered portion. Refunds are processed through the original payment method; your bank determines when funds become available. Contact hello@interestingconcepts.org with your request reference. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Scope and expectations

Consultations include advice and the stated deliverables. Design, code, implementation, introductions, funding, sales, and ongoing support are not included unless separately agreed in writing. We do not promise revenue, funding, or a particular business outcome. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or regulated professional advice. You decide whether and how to implement recommendations.

Your work and confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You may use the written recommendations for your own business. We do not publish your business information, use your name as an endorsement, or record sessions without permission. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, health data, or confidential information you do not have permission to share.

Information we collect

We store your name, email, business, intake answers, availability, time zone, referral source, accepted terms version, session status, and consultation notes to assess, schedule, and deliver the service. Authorized Interesting Concepts founders can access these records. Stripe handles payment details; our system stores payment references, amounts, and confirmation or refund status. Your private request link grants access to your session details and action plan: keep it confidential. We do not enroll you in marketing email by submitting this form.

We retain records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and maintain required business records. Contact hello@interestingconcepts.org to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to required record retention. Scheduling and service communications are handled by the team. The website does not automatically send calendar invitations or guarantee an immediate email response.
